Contact form and email
When you send us an enquiry via the contact form or by email, we store the information you provide: name, email address, the selected topic and the content of the message. This is used solely to answer and follow up your enquiry.
Statistics and analytics
We use the built-in visitor statistics provided by our web hosting provider (Domeneshop) to collect anonymised/pseudonymised statistics about the use of the website, such as which pages are visited, approximate geographic location, browser type and where visits come from. The statistics are based on server logs, and the purpose is to improve the content and user experience.

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

4. Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit the website. Our website mainly uses necessary cookies required for the pages to function. The visitor statistics from Domeneshop are based on server logs and do not normally set cookies in your browser.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When these are loaded, your IP address may be transmitted to Google. You can manage or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by our data processors who provide services to us, for example our provider of web hosting and email (Domeneshop) and the provider of the contact form (Google). We have data processing agreements with these. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure a lawful basis for transfer (for example the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Retention period
We store personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiries via the contact form or email are deleted when the matter has been resolved, normally within 12 months. Statistics data is stored for up to 14 months.

- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of data ("the right to be forgotten").
- Request restriction of the processing.
